John P. Malinowski

Managing Partner / Founder

John is the founder of Elixir Residential, LLC. 

John's most recent business experience includes managing the implementation of a cross-functional business development program for a $25MM USD Division of the Multi-National Industrial Equipment Manufacturing conglomerate, The Atlas Copco Group. The program implemented resulted in an increased year-over-year revenue by over 400%. 

Before his tenure with The Atlas Copco Group, John attended the School of Management at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo (UB) , where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Finance. While at the University at Buffalo, John served on the Council of Presidents, which represented the University to it's accrediting bodies, influential area employers, and other major community stakeholders. John also held a position as Chairman and President of The University at Buffalo, Student Chapter, American Society for Quality (ASQ), where he led pro-bono quality management and improvement consulting projects with local disadvantaged not-for-profit organizations.
